2) Medication reviews/MedsCheck:

• Our pharmacists are available to meet discuss your medicines and any concerns you may have. During a MedsCheck, pharmacists help patients understand drugs, strengths, adverse effects, and instructions for use, and ensure that patients are taking their medications as their doctor has directed.

• As part of this service, pharmacists provide patients with an accurate and complete medication list, which they may keep and take to their next physician or hospital visit, or use when travelling.

3)Transferring Prescriptions:

 

• Transferring your prescriptions to Raxlen Pharmacy is very easy. Simply call the pharmacy, provide the information listed below, and our staff will take care of the rest to ensure a smooth transition. 

  • Your name and telephone number

  • Name and phone number of the transferring pharmacy

  • The names or prescription numbers of the prescriptions you want transferred

4) Blister/Compliance Package Service:

• Our compliance blister packaging  service is available in weekly, biweekly and monthly formats. Our blister packs can accommodate four dosage times each day. Furthermore, we are able to add any over-the-counter medications you may be taking to your blister pack and offer complimentary delivery to ensure you never miss a dose! And we do not charge extra for this service..!!

5) Free Prescription Delivery:

• We offer FREE prescription delivery on all prescription items/orders all across GTA.

6) Compounding Services:

• We take great pride in being compounding pharmacy.  By working with you and your physician, we can develop a compounded preparation that meets your unique needs. Ask our pharmacists for any compounded products that can benefit your condition.

7) Drug Plans:

• We accept all major private drug plan and we are set up with online claim submission for prescription items.
